  1. High/Critical Risks — Are there any high-risk or critical tasks being performed on site? Discuss the risks involved and how they will be controlled.
  2. Upcoming Works — What works are scheduled? Consider how these activities may affect other trades and what controls or coordination may be required.
  3. Outstanding Hazards or Tasks — Are there any outstanding hazards, safety issues or tasks that still require attention?
  4. Site Conditions & Housekeeping — Discuss any matters relating to site access, rubbish, material storage, amenities, fencing, weather and general site safety.
  5. Incident Management — Discuss any recent incidents, including injuries, illnesses, property damage or near misses, and any actions required to prevent recurrence.
  6. Feedback & Consultation — Ask attendees if they have any comments, concerns, feedback or suggestions regarding health and safety or general site operations.
