- Back strain from lifting heavy panels
Risk control measures
- Follow engineer design for bracing and props
- Use fall protection when working above 2m
- Secure panels to prevent falling during assembly
- Wear gloves when handling formwork
How controls will be implemented
- Formwork design approved before starting
- Props and bracing checked by experienced worker
- Strip formwork only when concrete has cured
